Drop Off your acorns and tree seeds! Here’s all the information you need about collecting acorns this year! And a printable list of types of seed they need for Virginia. Please use sturdy paper bags or boxes, no plastic to store your collections! Moisture makes the seeds sprout too quickly!
- Collect Seeds – one bag for one tree!
- Deliver bag(s) to collection bin
- Label your bag (Tree type, Date collected, Weight)
*Not sure what type of tree? Include a leaf or a small twig with your collection.
