This is a private residence, drop off bin is located at the side of the house. Follow the sidewalk around to the right, passing the green rain barrel. The collection bin is at the bottom of the steps.
Drop Off your acorns and tree seeds! Here’s all the information you need about collecting acorns this year! And a printable list of types of seed they need for Maryland and Virginia.
Let us know if you need bags mailed to you for collecting with this form or pick them up from collection site. They should be paper or sandbag breathable material, not plastic!
- Collect Seeds – one bag for one tree!
- Deliver bag(s) to collection bin
- Label and weigh you bag
- Submit the bag weight and seed info on https://tinyurl.com/TTSeedData or use the QR code at the site
*Not sure what type of tree? Include one small twig with your collection.
This location supports both Maryland and Virginia collection efforts. The Virginia cut off date is 10/15.
